This course is delivered by Geoff Brooks, a Yoga Master with 40 years experience. It’s designed for people wanting to understand and experience breath and meditation in the way they’re intended. You will be taught the reasons and philosophy of these in ways that are understood by the modern mind, along with effective tools and techniques to ensure you can continue a personal practice. It is a registered further education course (YACEP) with Yoga Alliance.
